The DCL after-sales department received an after-sales email, which listed several photos of DCL actuators. Through these photos, it was initially judged that these actuators were manufactured before April, 2008. The customer asked the after-sales staff in the email: “Is the actuator in the picture produced by your company?”
The customer repurchased this model of electric actuator
The customer stated in the email: “We think the quality of your electric actuator is very good. We need to use the same electric actuator you produce in another marine oil cooling system.”
