1、Choice of single or dual wiring

Dual wiring divides the power line and the weak signal line into 2 groups of cables, which are wired separately. This approach avoids coupling interference from the high voltage power line to the 4-20mA or 2-10V weak signal. This coupling path includes capacitance and inductance parasitized between the wires. It is generally used in the wiring situation of long distance, high power voltage and high frequency noise.
Single wiring will be power line and weak signal synthesized into a group of cables, common routing. Generally used for close distance, low power voltage, high-frequency noise weak wiring.
- For AC220V and AC380V regulated electric actuators, it is recommended to use a two-way wiring method.
- For AC220V and AC380V electric actuators with position feedback, it is recommended to use the two-way wiring method.
- For switching type electric actuators that are directly driven using a power cord, it is recommended that a single wiring method be used.
2、Determine the overcurrent capability of the conductive harness
Select the appropriate wiring harness according to the rated voltage and rated current of the actuator.
查询 Rated voltage and rated current:
3、Selecting the right outer diameter of the line pipe
In order to meet the requirements of waterproof performance, follow the electrical interface Selecting the right outer diameter of the line pipe:
- G1/2:∅9 ~ ∅11
- M20×1.5:
4、Choose whether to use shielding or not

Shielded wires can be well protected from environmental electromagnetic interference of weak electrical signals by grounding measures. It is recommended to take shielding measures for signal lines:
- For 4~20mA, it is recommended to use shielded wire.
- For 2~10V, it is recommended to use shielded wire.
- For position feedback resistance signals, it is recommended to use shielded wires.
5、Determine cable routing
- In environments where it is possible to get wet or where water can accumulate along the cable, it is recommended that the cable leading from the electrical interface of the electric actuator be routed down below the electrical interface before going towards the wireway. This prevents water from seeping along the cable into a poorly sealed electrical interface and causing water damage inside the electric actuator.
- In use environments where condensation may occur, it is recommended to wire the motorized actuator as described above to avoid water ingress.
- In a well-ventilated environment such as indoors, electric actuators have no special requirements for cable routing.
