After using DCL electric actuators on ships for 15 years, the customer repurchased them

The DCL electric actuator on the ship has been used for 15 years

The DCL after-sales department received an after-sales email, which listed several photos of DCL actuators. Through these photos, it was initially judged that these actuators were manufactured before April, 2008. The customer asked the after-sales staff in the email: “Is the actuator in the picture produced by your company?”

The customer repurchased this model of electric actuator

The customer stated in the email: “We think the quality of your electric actuator is very good. We need to use the same electric actuator you produce in another marine oil cooling system.”

DCL thanks customers for their trust and promises to continue to deliver reliable and durable electric actuators to customers with a quality-first attitude!

DCL will continue to work hard to make high-quality products and strive to become a trusted partner of customers.

Just two weeks later, overseas customers repurchased the same kind of electric actuators and also used them for shipboard equipment!

With 22 years of reliability and durability, DCL has taken another solid step towards becoming a “trustworthy partner of customers”. We thank our customers and we will never forget our original intention and forge ahead!
