Common Causes of Ionic Migration on PCBA<\/strong><\/h2><p>Ionic migration short circuits typically occur in the following conditions:<\/p><p>\u2714 <strong>Impurities and moisture on PCB substrate<\/strong><br \/>\u2714 <strong>Residual electrolytes<\/strong> from plating processes left in PCB holes<br \/>\u2714 <strong>Flux, adhesives, or other electrolytic materials<\/strong> used during PCBA manufacturing<br \/>\u2714 <strong>Dust, ionic contamination, and condensation<\/strong> accumulated on the PCBA over time<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>3.
