The following steps can be followed for calibration:<ul><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1993\" data-end=\"2056\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2056\">Connect a <strong data-start=\"2006\" data-end=\"2025\">20mA DC ammeter<\/strong> to the output signal terminal.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2057\" data-end=\"2367\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2367\">Set the valve to <strong data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2093\">fully closed<\/strong>, then use a small flathead screwdriver to adjust the <strong data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2180\">\u201cZero Position\u201d potentiometer<\/strong> while observing the ammeter. Rotate the potentiometer <strong data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2248\">clockwise<\/strong> if the current is greater than <strong data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2287\">4mA<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2311\">counterclockwise<\/strong> if it is less, until the ammeter reads <strong data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2366\">4mA (\u00b10.02)<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2621\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2371\" data-end=\"2621\">Set the valve to <strong data-start=\"2388\" data-end=\"2402\">fully open<\/strong>, then adjust the <strong data-start=\"2420\" data-end=\"2453\">\u201cFull Position\u201d potentiometer<\/strong> in a similar manner, rotating it <strong data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2507\">counterclockwise<\/strong> if the current is greater than <strong data-start=\"2539\" data-end=\"2547\">20mA<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"2551\" data-end=\"2564\">clockwise<\/strong> if it is less, until the ammeter reads <strong data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2620\">20mA (\u00b10.02)<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2622\" data-end=\"2670\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2625\" data-end=\"2670\"><strong data-start=\"2625\" data-end=\"2655\">Output current calibration<\/strong> is complete.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2804\"><strong data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2681\">Note:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2681\" data-end=\"2684\" \/>Always adjust the <strong data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2721\">\u201cZero Position\u201d<\/strong> first and then the <strong data-start=\"2741\" data-end=\"2760\">\u201cFull Position\u201d<\/strong> to avoid damaging the position transmitter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
